Medic One is a non-emergency service that specializes in convalescent transports. We provide transportation in county,out of county and out of  state. We also offer basic and critical care transports. Medic One prides itself with being the "on-time" service. We also take pride in the fact that our employees give great patient care and are professional and courteous at all times.

Medic One is based in Cincinnati, Ohio. We have 3 divisions in Tennessee; Nashville, Chattanooga and Knoxville. We also have divisions in Michigan.

Medic One Knoxville began its service in July 1998 with one unit and has grown rapidly is the past 2 1/2 years! We have mutual aid agreement with the local 911 provider to assist them in case of Mass Casualty Incidents or other needs. We also offer assistance to any of the surrounding counties if needed.

Medic One is proud of the fact that we have 24-hour dispatch and that all in house dispatchers are EMD certified through Knox County.
