(The following was provided by Paul Trumpore, Co-coordinator for the TESCA East Crisis Response Team)

We are changing our name to the TESCA Crisis Response Team and we have formed the Tennessee Crisis Response Network as a cooperative network between our branched-out teams and the other registered emergency service teams in the state.

We now have two meetings scheduled for the east and northeast groups. They are this Saturday, 08 September (9 AM till Noon) at the Maryville Fire Department main station and next Monday, 10 September (6-9 PM) at the Morristown Fire Department. I will e-mail directions to both as soon as I get them. Each member that desires to stay on the team for 2008 needs to be present at one of these meetings. If you want to stay on the team but cannot attend either one, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can get another date arranged. We will be signing new annual team contracts, updating ID Card information and practicing a couple of interventions at the meetings.

NOTE: The Tennessee Crisis Response Network is a reality. The teams in the state have formed a network to facilitate cooperation in training and mutual aid in crisis response.
