Region II EMS Directors Association

In Memoriam
To All Region II East Tennessee EMS Directors:

It is with deep sorrow that we report one of our Directors, 

Lincoln Gale Allen, 

Director of the Sevier County Ambulance Service, has passed away. Gale experienced a cardiac arrest while at his residence on April 18, 2002 and valiant resuscitation efforts were unsuccessful.  Please keep Gale’s wife, children, parents, and employees in your prayers.
 

The arrangements for Gale  are as follows:

Receiving friends: Saturday April 20 from 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Atchley’s Funeral Home

Sevierville, Tennessee

(If all Directors who are coming could gather outside the funeral home at 7:00 PM, we could all
enter as a group. Please wear the blazers with your Region II name badge.)


Funeral ONLY: Sunday April 21 at 2:00 PM

Atchley’s Funeral Home

Sevierville, Tennessee

Interment: Monday April 22 at 11:00 AM


 There will be a procession from the funeral home to the cemetery and you are encouraged to place your EMS units in the procession. All vehicles should be at Atchley’s Funeral Home by 10:00 AM on Monday for staging.

 There will also be a need for EMS coverage of calls in Sevier County during these three days. Please contact Carrol Huskey at 865-453-3248 if you can help cover their calls so Gale’s employees can attend the above scheduled events.
