Welcome to the East Tennessee Region II Emergency Medical Services Directors Association.
The Tennessee Region II EMS (R2EMS) Directors Association is composed of ambulance service, emergency medical service, rescue, aeromedical and hospital agencies located in East Tennessee. We are a not-for-profit organization chartered by the State of Tennessee. Besides this website, R2EMS directors sponsor a medical symposium providing up-to-date medical training for EMTs, paramedics, nurses, physicians and other allied medical professionals. The directors offer a scholarship to a deserving paramedic student each year.
